If the amount of the deposit to be withheld exceeds the actual deposit, in addition to paying the deposit, you are obligated to pay the amount between the deposit to be withheld and the deposit that was actually paid.<\/p>\n<p>If a deposit is not paid, but damage has occurred, the provider of the accommodation service has the right to demand compensation to the extent of the total damages.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div>\n<h5>Refunds when cancelling bookings<\/h5>\n<p>We will refund 90%, if the cancellation is made more than two weeks (inclusively) before the planned date of arrival.<\/p>\n<p>We will refund 50%, if the cancellation is made more than one week (inclusively) before the planned date of arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The prepayment will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than seven days before the planned date of arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><b>The arrival time for guests is 3 p.m. and the departure time is 12 noon.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Read more about the Joosti house rules <a href=\"https:\/\/joostipuhkemaja.ee\/en\/booking\/joosti-house-rules\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Check the availability of the house and rooms in the calendar below &nbsp; BOOKING AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION To book a holiday home, write to us at info@joostipuhkemaja.ee or itiriin.jaagant@gmail.com.
