DEPOSIT

  1. Since, when leaving, the holiday house must be left in the same condition as when you arrived, to make sure of this, upon your arrival, we ask for a deposit of € 200 in addition to the room rent.
  2. The deposit is refunded upon your departure if the house rules have been following during the stay and, if damage has occurred, the damage to the provider of the accommodation service has been compensated. If the amount of the deposit to be withheld exceeds the actual deposit, in addition to paying the deposit, you are obligated to pay the amount between the deposit to be withheld and the deposit that was actually paid.
  3. If a deposit is not paid, but damage has occurred, the provider of the accommodation service has the right to demand compensation to the extent of the total damages.

REFUNDS WHEN CANCELLING BOOKINGS

  1. We will refund 90%, if the cancellation is made more than two weeks (inclusively) before the planned date of arrival.
  2. We will refund 50%, if the cancellation is made more than one week (inclusively) before the planned date of arrival.
  3. The prepayment will not be refunded if the cancellation is made less than seven days before the planned date of arrival.
